Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today’s Bundesliga fixtures, including Bayern Munich vs. Eintracht Frankfurt.

Bayern Munich seek a 13th victory at the Allianz Arena on Saturday when they host Europe-chasing Eintracht Frankfurt in Bundesliga‘s gameweek 31 action.

Thomas Tuchel’s men moved three points clear of Stuttgart last weekend in the battle for second, and the deposed champions could extend that advantage against a club keen to end sixth in the top flight.

We say: Bayern Munich 1-1 Eintracht Frankfurt

While the undoubted inclination is to back Bayern for success, next week’s Champions League encounter with Los Blancos means Tuchel’s men have an eye on that semi-final first leg. Thus, Frankfurt, the only current Bundesliga side to hold a two-game unbeaten run over the Bavarians, could extend that streak to three at the Allianz on Saturday.

Gameweek 31 in the Bundesliga pits fourth against fifth when RB Leipzig host Borussia Dortmund at Red Bull Arena.

Marco Rose’s troops have enjoyed a commendable streak against Edin Terzic’s side, and the Red Bulls hope to do the double over BVB to all but seal fourth place in the German top division.

We say: RB Leipzig 2-1 Borussia Dortmund

Even though Saturday’s game ideally should be tricky to call because of Leipzig’s recent outstanding run on home turf and Dortmund losing one on the road all season, BVB possibly having an eye on their first Champions League semi-final in 11 years could mean Rose’s troops nick maximum points to complete the double over Die Borussen this term.

SC Freiburg will look to keep their European qualification dreams alive when they take on Wolfsburg at Europa-Park Stadion in gameweek 31 of the Bundesliga this Saturday.

Both these sides have contrasting ambitions for the remainder of the campaign with the hosts hunting down the top six while the visitors are fighting to avoid the drop.

We say: Freiburg 2-1 Wolfsburg

While Freiburg have experienced a slight dip in home form lately, it is worth pointing out that five of their last six games at Europa-Park Stadion were against sides in the top six of the Bundesliga standings. We expect the hosts to put on a much better showing this week and feel they will emerge with the points from this match.

Augsburg will be looking to bounce back to winning ways in the Bundesliga when they welcome Werder Bremen to the WWK Arena for a gameweek 31 showdown on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts come into this match following a 3-1 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt last week, while the visitors pulled off an against-the-odds victory over Champions League hopefuls Stuttgart.

We say: Augsburg 2-1 Werder Bremen

Augsburg are still holding on to hopes of qualifying for Europe next season but need to continue winning games in order to keep that dream alive. While Bremen pulled off a morale-boosting win against Stuttgart last time out, their away form has been very poor of late, and we feel they will struggle to take anything against an FCA outfit that are unbeaten in their last five home matches.

Bayer Leverkusen will continue their victory lap in the 2023-24 Bundesliga season when they take on fellow high-flyers Stuttgart at BayArena on Saturday evening.

Despite having already secured the Meisterschale, the league champions cannot slack off just yet as they are still on course to become the first team to go through an entire Bundesliga campaign without defeat.

We say: Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 Stuttgart

Matches between these two sides have been very tightly contested in recent times, and we are expecting the same here, with both searching for victory, albeit for different reasons. However, Leverkusen have been a cut above the rest this term, particularly at home, and we feel they will come out on top in this clash of the heavyweights.
