Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today’s Serie A fixtures, including Napoli vs. Atalanta BC.

SURE ODDS BANNER

Seeking a seventh straight win in all competitions, Serie A leaders Napoli will welcome Atalanta BC to Stadio Maradona for Sunday’s lunchtime kickoff.

After maintaining their lead at the top by beating AC Milan, the Partenopei take on opponents who have just posted a fourth league win on the spin.

We say: Napoli 1-1 Atalanta BC

Keeping a clean sheet in seven of their last eight matches, Napoli have recorded an aggregate scoreline of 18-1 during that time.

So, even free-scoring Atalanta must approach this game with some trepidation, and they would surely settle for just the second draw in 19 league games between the two teams.

Flying high after a superb run through October, Fiorentina aim to start a new month in similar style when they visit mid-table Torino on Sunday.

The Viola posted their fourth straight Serie A win in midweek, while Toro’s downturn continued with a fourth loss in five.

We say: Torino 1-1 Fiorentina

Although Torino have begun to falter, they have still lost only one Serie A home game this season, against top-five contenders Lazio.

So, if the hosts can keep in-form Fiorentina at arm’s length and avoid defensive mistakes, a precious point could be theirs.

After steadying the ship with a midweek win, Roma return to Serie A action on Sunday, when they meet Hellas Verona at Stadio Bentegodi.

The Giallorossi had lost three of five games prior to edging out Torino, while Hellas had an even worse run of form, sending them spiralling down the standings.

We say: Hellas Verona 0-1 Roma

Verona have conceded an average of two goals per game on home turf, and their confidence must be low after losing to Lecce in such dismal fashion.

As a result, Roma can record their first win on the road, easing the pressure on Ivan Juric, who could beat two former clubs back-to-back.

Inter Milan‘s midweek win kept them close to top spot in Serie A, and the reigning champions will continue the defence of their Scudetto on Sunday, when Venezia visit San Siro.

While Inter saw off 10-man Empoli, days after dropping two points in the Derby d’Italia, Venezia staged an incredible fightback to record just their second win of the season.

We say: Inter Milan 3-1 Venezia

Inter have conceded eight goals across their last three Serie A home games – as many as throughout the previous 17 – so Venezia might score at San Siro.

However, the Italian champions are a class above their promoted opponents, and even a rotated side should secure maximum points from Sunday’s late kickoff.
