Liverpool open to Doak offers
According to The Athletic, club officials would not necessarily turn down offers for Ben Doak.
Of all the academy players at the Merseyside giants, the 18-year-old arguably holds the biggest reputation having been tipped for regular first-team football in 2023-24.
Instead, a serious knee injury prevented him from building on his progress under Klopp, with just five outings being made during the first half of that campaign.
Doak notably accumulated 169 minutes of football across three Europa League fixtures, while the Scotland Under-21 international has a total of 10 senior appearances to his name.
Nevertheless, Liverpool are seemingly ready to do business if an opportunity arises to make more significant headway in the eyes of the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability regulations.

Who could move for Doak?
Leicester City are said to have been monitoring the situation with Doak, a player who was in contention to represent Scotland at Euro 2024 before it was deemed that he was not fit enough for selection.
New Foxes head coach Steve Cooper would plausibly hand him regular minutes in the Premier League at a time when he is not blessed with a wide array of wingers at the King Power Stadium.
The report adds that it remains unclear whether a permanent or temporary offer could materialise, particularly in Leicester’s case when they have had difficulties complying with some financial rulings.
