Round nine of the 2024-25 Turkish Super Lig will commence with Kayserispor hosting Gaziantep at the Kadir Has Sehir Stadi on Saturday.

Both sides are currently in the relegation zone and are both on winless streaks, with the hosts yet to record a victory this season.

We say: Kayserispor 1-0 Gaziantep

Both teams have struggled this season, and there is little to separate them in terms of quality – however, the home side have historically performed well in this fixture, and we believe that the new manager’s positive influence could help them win the clash in the end.

Both Trabzonspor and Istanbul Basaksehir will be aiming to return to winning ways when they face off in a 2024-25 Turkish Super Lig clash at Papara Park on Saturday.

The two teams are entering this game on the back of draws in their most recent Super Lig matches just before the international break.

We say: Trabzonspor 1-1 Istanbul Basaksehir

Trabzonspor have the second-best defence in the league at present, but they have lacked attacking potency, which has seen them fail to score in three of seven Super Lig matches.

Although Istanbul have struggled in this fixture in recent years, we expect them to have enough to overcome the hosts’ defence and secure at least a draw.

Two teams at opposite ends of the Turkish Super Lig table will clash when Antalyaspor host Galatasaray at the New Antalya Stadium on Saturday.

While the hosts are just two places clear of the relegation zone, the visitors are firmly seated at the top of the table after eight matches.

We say: Antalyaspor 0-2 Galatasaray

Galatasaray have appeared to operate in a different stratosphere this season compared to most of their opponents in the Super Lig, and we expect this quality to easily overwhelm Antalyaspor, leaving the visitors with a comfortable victory.

Two teams hoping to climb closer to the top four in the Turkish Super Lig will go head-to-head when Eyupspor host Goztepe SK at Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadyumu on Saturday.

The two sides are on the same number of points, both having picked up 12 points so far, four points off the top four.

We say: Eyupspor 1-1 Goztepe SK

Eyupspor have struggled in this fixture, with just one win in 10 meetings, but their home form this season has been solid, and this should be enough to help them earn a draw against a Goztepe side that are yet to win on the road.
