Bellingham has been ruled out until after the international break and is joined on the sidelines by defender David Alaba and midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.
Jesus Vallejo could also be absent for Thursday’s trip to Gran Canaria after being left out of Sunday’s matchday squad due to a fitness issue.
Ferland Mendy is available following a one-match suspension and is expected to replace Fran Garcia on the left side of the defence.
Ancelotti could also decide to make an alteration at right-back, with Lucas Vazquez in contention to make his first start of the 2024-25 season.
